Teno Myles is a visionary author, educator, and serial entrepreneur committed to helping others live with purpose, discipline, and lasting impact.
Born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Teno is the son of Teno Edwards and Deloris Myles, and a proud product of the community that shaped him. With the foundational support of his mother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and his sister, Teno learned early the value of hard work, faith, and family.
A graduate of South Oak Cliff High School, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas Christian University, followed by a Master of Education from Southern Methodist University. His educational journey reflects his deep belief in combining intellectual development with real-world leadership.
Teno’s path as an entrepreneur — marked by bold ideas, hard-earned lessons, and personal transformation — inspired the creation of The Principal Advantage, a strategic framework for building a life rooted in discipline and purpose. His newest release, Think Like a Woman, Act Like a Lady, expands his reach to empower women with a blueprint for leading with grace, confidence, and authenticity.
